Lied About Cost, Free Gift and Date, With Shoddy Roof Installation

Lied about cost: Told me it would be $9.95, charged me $19.95 intro cost. Charged special installation fee, but said free gift would cover it. A lie.

Lied about installation date: Had to come out twice, made me wait 8 hours and installed nothing.

Lied about free gift: Website for free gift they gave, did not exist.

Shoddy installation: Had to move it two places on roof, wanted to dig up yard and put on pole. Installed wires over top of bushes and left sagging wires hanging down. Their goal is to get job done fast and rush to another so they can make the most money per day. DISH subcontracts almost all their work to several other independent installers. Neither of the two installers I met subscribed to DISH. Gee, wonder why not! Customer service and sales people are professional liars.
