Unethical business practices

Casa Video store charged me for two movies they say i didnt return which I DID. But that isn't the worst part. They charged me $150.00 for the videos. How do they figure the movies Father of the Bride and Casablanca are worth that much in the supposed case that they were missing. They both sell at any retail store for under $20.00. I tried to contest the charge but the bank wanted me to submit the exact date I had returned them and I could not remember and being honest, I didn't want to falsify the date just to get the claim processed so they dismissed it. Damn, That was totally shitty of Casa Video to say the least. The place is just a little hole in the wall, so I figure that must be how they are making there money, by lying and stealing. Do yourself a favor don't rent there.
