After signing up and paying my subscription, I cannot revisit their webpage

I found an internet site that provided downloads of videos. After paying my subscription, the website in no where to be found. The name can be found in a search, but you cannot get to the web page itself.

I received the following replay after I submitted my fee:

$19.95 one-time charge will appear on your statement under "G11BILL"
