Horrible company

I ordered airsoft weapons for my children for holiday, they delivered me 3 arbitrary weapons "in position" of the weapons I requested. That have been obiously cheaper compared to people I requested. After looking to get your hands on them for more than 2 hours, I eventually talked to 2 costumer support repetitions that have been totally rude and unhelpful and weren't prepared to correct my purchase by any means. They stated that I'd decided to their organization plan which mentioned when a product becomes unavailable they are able to substitute it (without informing you) with fundamentally whichever product they experience is comparable to the main one you requested. All I needed was to get the weapons I requested. The only real choice they offered me was to come back the weapons I requested and spend the delivery after which reorder the weapons once they became accessible and spend their rediculous delivery once more. After declaring their plan once more she hung-up on me. I've never in my own living handled a business that had such terrible customer support. Don't purchase out of this organization, you never understand what you may end up getting, after which you're caught with it.inCREDIBLE!!!
