Improper engine overhaul

I requested 2 remanufactured 500 cadillac motors $4935.00 in April. They delivered older versions than I requested, they where not completely constructed, absent components plus some of the components they did employ wherever unserviceable or partly washed. I attempted to contact them, no reaction however. The organization who really did the remanufacture? Was Blaines Motor Supply Co.in Dallas Tx. I named them 214-426-4400 and obtained a lot of BS concerning the issues I am experiencing. I have been an authorized technician for 25 years. And purchase 4 of those motors each year. I have never actually observed a this poor and also to contact it a remanufacture is just a laugh.
