BEST BOX SETS fails to deliver what was ordered and contunously responds only with FAQs

I placed an order in good faith on August 5. Repeated attempts to get a status on the order only resulted in an automated reply with the website's FAQs I still have not received the merchandise or any info on the status of the order. It is now September 27.
