Got ripped off over the phone and money takin from my bank account

Heard about viapren on a local radio station. I called and they said all I had to pay for was shipping and handling: $9.41 They set me up for a 10 day trial with no choice and was promised two $25.00 gift cards even if I cancelled. I noticed they already charged my bank account 7-8 days later. When I called and asked to talk to a manager I was told to call back. Now no one will answere my phone call.
