Ourcustomer.net - palma De Mall Es Deduct money fraudulent from my credit card

After they wanted to deducted money from my credit card I contacted them via e-mail to say I am not interested in subscribing to their site. They mail me back the same day saying money will not be taken from my account. Two days later they took R315 and another R315 is lying in approved transactions to be taken off in 2 days. How does one stop these guys? Do I have to go through the hassle of canceling my credit card so I can get another number?
