Customer Non-Support For Defective DVDs - SCAMMERS

I purchased the Abbott & Costello Collector's DVD Set for my wife's birthday in March. When I realized that some of the DVDs had skips and jumps, I contacted The Old Time Theater immediately via email as they never answer their phone. After leaving you on hold, you will be told that the mailbox is full and you can't leave a message.intentional I'm sure. Well, several emails and months later, the business finally sent me an email on June 17 to inform me that they would be sending a replacement. That was three weeks ago. So, I sent them another reminder email a week ago. Surprise of surprises, no response, no replacement, no apologies, nothing. As the previous report states, "Buyer Beware." This business (I use the term loosely as I'm fairly certain this is a mom n' pop operation), has no concern for it's customers. They apparently only concern themselves with taking the consumers' money and turning a deaf ear to issues with their sub-standard products.

I strongly urge you to take these warnings to heart before thinking about doing business with these racketeers.
