Unauthorized use of funds by internet based company

Upon checking my bank account activity using my online banking I noticed several charges that were mysterious. The only thing listed in the merchant field was mediaventltd.com. This company I have never heard of. This company made several unathorized deductions from my bank account and has caused my account to be overdrawn making this a horrible experience.
