Threatening to sue

I requested soccer tickets and not received them. I had been never informed they were not available. I noticed the termination notice on the site. I named my charge card organization and also the amount have been billed in my experience... I'd the charge card business challenge the total amount. Today Seats My Method want to prosecute me for that cash despite the fact that I never obtained the seats! Has this occurred to other people? I actually donot understand what to complete...
