Event Tickets Charged Credit Card, never received Tickets, no refund, now THEY ARE THREATENING ME WITH LEGAL ACTION!

In Feb We ordered tickets for Wicked in Orlando. The play was for the end of April so we ordered well in advance. Total paid was $492 for 3 tickets. Like everyone else, they kept pushing back the ship date to a point of no return. We began the same painful process like everyone else of trying to call someone to find out where our tickets were, but had mulitple dropped calls, voicemails, and 12-15 minute holdtimes, only to be dropped at the end.

We finally reached someone who said there "computers were down... Call back tomorrow". When we went through the same exasperating process and finally reached a "manager" we were flatly told sorry, there are no tickets, but we could request a full refund through the website.

We never received the refund, but about one month later, we DID receive a bogus threat to pay more money ($370 via a phone call, and $540 via a fed-ex package in the mail - almost laughable at this point).

Included in the Fed-Ex package were nasty letters and a threat of legal action if we did not pay. The only contact number takes you straight into a voicemail where I have now left a total of four voicemails.interestingly enough, the timing of this new threat coincides with VISA contacting TicketsMyWay on our behalf. The obvious presumption is they are using "legal-eaze" scare tactics to get us to pay more money so they can get VISA off their back.

So in short... Follow me if you can... If we didn't pay what we had already paid, for an item that we never received, then they would charge us again for what we already paid, but never refunded, PLUS mounting bogus cancellation and late fees!!!
Amazing this place has not been shut down.
