Stay away from mark reeder

I used to run a rather succesful booking company in Germany, till i had deaings with Mark Reeder, through another incompetent company TNT Entertainment (Tarn Ashman). These two told me they could get KELIS for two dates, in Germany. Contracts were set up and signed.
I wired FIFTY THOUSAND US DOLLARS, through TARN ASHMAN as deposit and everything seemed gravvy, well till the show dates came around.

We got an email from TARN ASHMAN saying KELIS had cancelled, this was confirmed by MARK REEDER. The cancellation came 48 hours before the first show.
We had already spent another FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS in promotion, deposit for venues etc. Money we never got back. The contract we had from TARN ASHMAN, stated a refund of the 50k deposit was due 30 days after cancellation. Then entered MARK REEDER.

I can't go on to recount all the fairy tales we got from MARK REEDER and hes employees, VONNIE B.
They even sent us a fake bank slip, then promised a certified check via mail. It has been 12 months today and we haven't recieved a single penny. We have spent more than 5k in legal fees, but its rather ineffective from Europe, so anybody who can help us get our money back gets 20% of recouped funds. I can't understand why MARK REEDER is still a free man.
