Ripped me off

My Dad is a huge fan of The Wonder Years and I have been searching for a box set for him for Christmas and though this would be ideal when i spotted it on the dvd donkey website for around 62 inc shipping.

However after making the payment on a credit card I was sent a message that I would be sent a confirmation in an email later when the payment had been accepted however the email never arrived!

When I checked the credit card the full amount had actually been taken but no dvds have arrived and still no confirmation. I have tried contacting them through the website but there is no telephone number just a direct email for queries but these just wont let me email me.

I am heavily pregnant so am not usually careless with my money as I am trying to save up but I am now bitterly disappointed as I am 62 out of pocket ($124) and my Dad still has no Christmas gift.

I would be grateful of any advice anyone could offer on how to get my money back and I would also like to help in making this company pay!!!
