Goldencasino.com, i hit a. 25 cent slot machine for $2000.00, but there's one major problem, they won't pay!

I hit a 25 cent slot machine for 2000.00 at the golden casino.com. After sending a copy of documents they requested, more than 5 time, because they would say something was to blurry and they wasnt able to read it. It states and i was told that after they recieved my documents, i would recieve my money within 72 hours, it has been almost 3 weeks now and i have tried contacting them and i cant get a response for anyone.
