Rip-Off Mo

I was sent male enhancement pills and pornographic videos that I
did not order. They took money out of my bank account without my accknowledgement or approval. I sent back 4 packages that I refused and then I got 2 more packages yesterday and they took more money out of my account again. My husband and I are both disabled and live on disability income. We did not authorize the purchases of these items. We called numerous time to get this settled and the money put back into our account with no avail. What am I to do about this??? They keep giving me the run around about this when I call them. They keep telling me that someone will call me back and they never do!!! I want this to stop and for them to stop stealing money from our account. I ato close out that account and get another account to try and stop this from happening to us again.
