Sells pirated DVDs Internet

My mom bought me a set of DVDs for Christmas from this company (dvdavenue. Tv). The set was unquestionably pirated and, on top of that, extremely poor quality. I talked to them on their live chat and they claimed that the DVDs were not pirated. I told them that they better refund my mother or else I would notify the FBI. They told me that we just had to send the dvds back and that they would send us a box to do so. Eventually, they refunded my mom—complete surprise— and never asked for the dvds back. I don't think most people are this lucky, though. Don't buy from them!

As a side note, I still notified the FBI about this soon after and am surprised the place is still up and running.
