Took my money never sent me my TV BOX SET

I purchased Dharma & Greg series 5. I live in Australia so I allowed plenty of time for my order to be sent. After several weeks my order hadn't arrived. I sent an email asking when am I likely to get my order. They told me that due to a holiday in Canada And America there had been a hold up. They assured me that I would receive my order in 4 days, that was on the 16/07/07. I haven't received my order so I sent 2 emails which I haven't received a reply. I went to there web site it has been unavailable for 3 days.
