Misleading product description of inferior product

DIV TECH's DVD of Song of the South is a poor product. It has the following defects: The DVD must be fast-forwarded through the opening credits to get the movie to run or the credits will just keep repeating.

The original Technicolor intensity is absent. The scene is missing where Johnny is actually given the puppy.
The chicken-roasting scene is missing. Sharpness is poor.

DIV-TECH does not respond to e-mails regarding their product.
