Ripoff does not treat returning Iraq vets fairly

I worked for Hollywood Video for 3 years, may to may. I started out as a GSR and quickly moved up to store director. Four months after making store director, I was sent to Iraq for 8 months, when I returned, federal law said hollywood only had 3 days to return me to work. It took them three wekks to bring me back, only after I threatend to report them, when they did bring me back I was sent to a different store.

Everything was fine until I started making my employee's do the job they were paid to do. Two shift leaders, Lanissa and Jennifer started complaining about the work, and started begging customers to call and complain about me. So the customers started calling and complaining about all the drama in the store so the district manager, Scott Riggs decided I should be fired even though the guests were not complaining about me. So one day a store manager from another store was at my store helping me, when a guest came in and told me my employees hated me and were asking guests to call and complain. When Me and the other store manager told Scott Riggs about this, he said that an investigation should be done on my shift leaders.

On May first Scott Riggs called me at home and said I was being placed on administrative leave, but that he was on my side and I would not be fired. Three days later I was called in to be questioned and was told two female employees said i made sexual comments to them, after thirty minutes, Rhonda Phelps, she works in human resources, and Scott Riggs told me I was being fired for "innapropriate behavior", which was not true becuase I had been with the company for three years and was never once written up or talked to about anything like that, but I know the truth, Scott was not happy I was in the Army Reserves and had to take one weekend off a month and serve my country, I know this becuase he told me in a phone conversation that I was not wanted back with the company after I came back.

This is the worst company to work for AND THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THE MEN AND WOMEN SERVING THIS GREAT COUNTRY!!! If you are a veteran, please do not spend your money at this company, they are not deserving of your hard earned money.
