NO CONCERT TICKETS - Planned Hawaii trip around concert!

We bought tickets to the Kokua festival in Waikiki, HI. We were going to take our daughters to Disneyland for our family vacation but my oldest daughter (she's 5 but already a fan) really wanted to see Jack Johnson and Ben Harper. What 5 year old passes up Disneyland for a concert? Mine does... We planned our dream vacation to Hawaii around this concert. Now we have to disappoint her and tell her that this piece of crap company took our $500 bucks for tickets and won't send them. This sucks! Way to go TicketsMyWay.com - you succeeded in screwing up a 5 year olds vacation! Obviously we are nervous to buy tickets from other vendors online... If anyone has found reputable companies to work with, please let me know.
