Ripoff Fraudalent Fees filed by Hollywood Video

We have a dispute with Hollywood Video that began in 1 because our returned videos had been stolen from their drop box. We knew this because the store manager brought it to our attention, warned us never to use the drop box again amd vowed that this matter would be cleared in house. Less than a month later, the manager was no longer at that location.

Our credit report to this day shows an unpaid balance of $88.00 I repeatedly sent requests to correct this anomaly to the credit bureaus, all of which have fallen on deaf ears.

We protest the manner in which HV has handled this entire manner, knowing that once we try to get a home loan, they will be able to collect, whether it be honestly or not. We never did business with them again & anticipate their demise as their outdated business model collapses.
