Took money out of my account without my permission and wont return it

Premeier movie pass withdrew 119.00 out of my checkin account without telling me. They claim a check was issussed im may. I am still waiting. They have lied to me all alomg. As of march 1 i am unable to call the phone number. These people need to be stopped.
