Rip off dishonest fraudulent billing

A long time costumer of Hollywood video, for at least over 4 year now. Short and simple, I purchased 12-DVD's at a price of (4DVD's for $20.00) The California tax rate for Alta Loma/Rancho Cucamonga states that 7.750% (http://www.boe.ca. Gov/cgi-bin/rates. Cgi? LETTER=A&LIST=CITY) be applied to a purchased product.

12-DVD's at a price of (4DVD's for $20.00)=$60.00
$60.00X $7.750=$64.65

My receipt shows 11-DVD's, which 10-DVD's rang up at $5.00 and 1-DVD's rang up at $7.99. Totaling $62.99 before tax and $67.90 after tax. I question the cashier, which she had a miss standing of the bill. Proceeding to the next step, she politely walk to the room in which the manager (Crystal) was present and told her of the problem.

Crystal, trying to fix the problem began to get up set with me because she could not figure out that I was indeed rang up wrong, and that being the cashier made a mistake, it was (Crystal's) job as Manger to fix the error on behalf of Hollywood videos well known customer training program, which includes training on how to use the cash register.

Calmly and quietly with out making a scene or attracting attention, I explained to (Crystal) that the bill for $72. NA was not correct, after running through some numbers she came back with $67.90. Still not being correct I explained that My total should be no more than $64.65 by explaining that 12DVD's (4 for $20) when all totaled comes out to exactly $60.00 plus the added tax of $4.65 totals $64.65.

(Crystals) Reply was, I don't know the tax rate. How can you be a manger of a store and not know the tax rate not just of the city you live in but not have a sense of % wise the average of the state you live in. So I asked (Crystal) well could you ask someone else in the store. Or how about call another Hollywood video? No fine what ever, ill tell you what just take the DVD's and that's it. I don't have time to call another Hollywood video. I left the Hollywood video with $-3.25 cent that I was owed.

Also while in the midst of over conversation between the cashier (loret), Manger (Krystal) and I, we shared the following conversation:

Ok, my next action was to ask her what if we void all the DVD's purchased and rescanned them.
(Crystal): I'm sorry we cant do that.
(Me) Why.
(Crystal) Since you purchased it on a visa debit card, we can not make a return, you would have to call corporate to do that.
(Me) So if I buy the DVD's and decide to return them because they are scratched or I just didn't want them, you wouldn't be able to credit money back.
(Crystal) No we cant do that here.

For many years I've been a reliable customer I and my family have spent countless money at the store. The few dollars I'm owed, is not why I've decided to contact corporate, it's more of for a personal reason of feeling mistreated as a costomer.

This is not a complaint for the cashier (Loret) she handled the situation calmly when the manger was giving crap to me and bagging my DVD's, (Loret) said to (Crystal) Here ill handle this. Now ask yourself this, why would a cashier tell a manager oh Let me handle this. Simply the manger wasn't doing her job, she does not meet the costumer quality satisfactions that a manager should obtain threw hard work and experience.

This applies even in situations where planning does not take place.

Her respocibility to control the cituation was not properly conducted. Planning, Organizing, Leading, Co-ordinating and Controlling are the 5 respicibilityes of a person in her position. If any disbelief may come from my statement, simply watch security cameras in store.
