Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent, liar, theft, fu

I'm a musician, and I looked at the yellow pages for a music CD label to record and promote my music and I saw one: Universal - Emi productions... (UNIVERSAL/BBS ENTERTAINMENT) and I called, it was a guy called Robert Tischler.

After talking for a 2 weeks we close the deal and I pay him upfront (because, "he sad', it's a big record label and they only charge upfront to do the job) $20,000 for making a complete production - recording and promotion, radio etc...

He sent me 2 invoice-contracts for recording and promotion, he always sad that "he work with the big UNIVERSAL MUSIC company", the invoices had the Universal music original "logo" (a froud).

Well, 2 weeks after I paid him, he beguine to take out services, recording time, etc, etc, he was doing so bad recordings and taking so much time, so long, that I decided to re do the recording and graphics and almost all again to finish the project. I just wanted him to really do the promotion at least.

I did all the music and lyrics I also had to do 80% of all the recordings and art design of the package CD in my home studio.

And If this was not enough, he didn't masterized and track info in the CD before press (lot worse that if I did it all at my computer) and only received 150 of 1200 bad done CD copies, "that I'm steel waiting" (July 05).

"He did No radio promotion", stated in the "production package", like he should (just a scam sending me a link to register to cdbaby, he needer paid the $35 or sent by mail the CD.

The authorities haven't done nothing.
I search a little of his criminal record: 2 year prison for credit card fraud plus several other theft police reports.

His a scam fraud riper (watch out, he is good at convincing people inventing scenarios).
