Carl Puglisi ripoff: I received an unfamiliar bill on my visa account entertainment rewards/affiliated with ticket master did a google search and found many with the same complaint

I recently received an "entertainment rewards" bill for 9.00 dollars on my visa account. When I did a google search for the information, many links came up with others having the same problem. Apparently when you purchase tickets through ticket master, not only do they rip you off with all their service charges, and hidden charges for this or that, but they now give your information away. I know I did not sign up for anything else when I purchased tickets through them. I never do. However I reported this to my visa company and they said they'd look into it. When I see that many have had this problem, it makes me wonder how many have paid without knowing, hence unknowingly supporting a fraudulent company.
