We contracted with this company to provide services for a formal company banquet. We paid $500 of the $595 fee in advance thru an online link. The DJ never showed and never called. We have made several attempts to contact via email and phone. After several unanswered calls, someone answered only to use profanity and make threats. They have refused to refund anything.
