I ordered tickets to the the Cowboys game on Thanksgiving. Shortly after placing the order I realized they were being shipped to the wrong address. I followed the directions in the confirmation email, and contacted the seller directly to change my address. I quickly received an email back stating "my address had been updated and my tickets will be shipped there" I never heard from them again. Today, nervous I had just watered $2500 I called the seller to verify the tickets had been shipped. After being put on hold and passed around for almost an hour, I was informed they had sold my tickets to someone else and they were "sorry no one had contacted me directly to get this resolved." After trying to sell my 3 other "comparable tickets" either in the corner of the stadium or 20 rows up from the ones I had purchased originally, I was told "we're on a time crunch, do you want these tickets or not? "
