Blitz brigade

I was playing blitz brigade and my game crashed as it has been constantly whilst I play. Once I had returned my 35 gems turned in to 8 and I had gained a harper M37 premium. I didn't pay for this and would really appreciate a refund and a fix to the constant crashing
