Unsubcribe is impossibe

We are being charged $5/month to our phonebill for Gameloft and wish to unsubscribe. It has been going on for months and I've tried to call customer service, sent emails and tried various text messages as outlined on their forum. It seems absolutely impossible to unsubscribe. Can you please help? It is on phone number 705-220-6650 and we are with Rogers in Canada.
