The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated
Not good service

Was at the cheesecake factory on new years eve, went to orland park, ill place, wel we had to wait 58 minutes. Then we were seated, the waitress cam and said she would take our drink order adn then we would have a different waitress. Well we got our drinks, while wewere waitinf for the waitress we observed the tables around us were given bread and ours didsnt. Well we ordered our meal. It came then we noticed other tables were given water we werent. Well then i asked he waistess for a dessert menu, we wanted and waited i then approached a man and asj=ked if he was the manager he sID 1 OUT OF THE 2. Then he told us baout he dessert then i asked about the bread, he said we were suppose to get it with the meal, lunch you had to ask. Well instead of waiting for us to leave he tells her. Well we were not happy about the service and bill came and nothing was taken off. I fedel the manager could have done somethinf so we would come back. Was very unhappy. Was ther over an 1 after being seated. Hope to hear from you
