Didn't get my rubies in Blood and Glory 2

When I was playing Blood and Glory 2 I need some rubies and I saw that Netflix is giving some rubies if you sign up so the past minute I join Netflix and when I got back to the game I didn't get it so I went to Tapjoy and got my Ticket ID so if you could tell me how many rubies it is and how to put the code in.
