Artist Young Duse, who entrusted Daisy Gambit Band Booking to land him a tour and other gig opportunities, paid over $10,000 and ended up with nothing. Here is a statement from Young Duse about Dan Feder, Daisy Gambit Band Booking and his violations of the Krekorian Talent Scam Act of 2009.

" I am artist Young Duse. I was a nominee in the Hip Hop Artist category for the 22nd Annual LA Music Awards event. I paid a fee of $1,500 in addition to the $8,500 I had already paid to Dan Feder to have the Los Angeles Music Awards publicists showcase me at a press event held at the Whisky A Go-Go on June 14th. Everything that was promised by the LA Music Awards was delivered. What was never delivered was the promised "tour" pledged by Dan Feder and Daisy Gambit Band Booking. Basically, I got burned for a lot of money for services that were never delivered by this company."
