Nick Lattanzio Steals Millions

I am part of an association that hired Nick Lattanzio and his bogus real estate company to complete over $250,000.00 of repair work on the assocition's condos that were badly needed.

What we did not know at the time was that Nick Lattanzio was convicted of stealing millions of dollars from unsuspecting investors and that he was sentenced to serious previously to federal prison time for all the money he stole and all the lies he told. As part of his sentencing his sentence he was required to pay back millions of dollars to the people he stole from. Unfortuantely, we did not know any of this when we hired his company. At the time, we thatough it was odd that the he was only a vice president of the company, and that one his children was the actual owner. But slick talking Lattanzio said that he had been going through a divorce, his child was supportive of him, etc. He was able to sell this story to us. The truth as discovered recently was that Lattanzio had been in prison, owed the U.S. Government millions in fines, and used his own child to hide his earnings. What a scam artist and evil man to use his own child to break the law.

We found out about this and other things because we had to sue Lattanzio because he failed to do the work he was hired to here in Arizona. And we found out the whole enchalida, including how he stole millions, used his own child to defraud money owed to the government to pay restitution, cheated on his wife (he was never divorced, but had girlfriends here in Arizonia who he took care of with our association's money), and never did the work he was hired to do.

I bet he couldn't live with having stole from so many. Clearly he had no respect of life, otherwise he would not have put the bogus company in his chld's name so he could defraud the government, using her. Lattanzio is a lunatic the world will not miss. And though we have lost money, there is a little comfort knowing this guy will not hurt others again.
