Bernadine Right Lies to owners, in the senile president of the hoa's pocket as a yes man, selective violating

Jomar assoc. & associa, the owner, have shut down our 1 amenity the pool and advertised it as heated which it has not been heated for 2 years yet owners pay for heating it. We rented based upon false advertising. Our children cannot swim and the owners who bought to have a pool to use cannot swim. The lies about 3 broken heaters are backed by jomar and associa. We have had pool all our lives and set up hoas in real estate and hired management companies and never have we seen such corruption.
When asked where the $ goes they blacklist and use selective enforcement on us for asking. They do not file 1099s with the IRS we learned.
They now have changed the c, c, &r's to tell us we cannot own a pick up truck in The Vintage., so, we are told what type of car we can own.
We are not allowed to display an American flag in our front doors and cannot own satellite dishes... Federal issues.
Jomar is in the senile old man president's pocket b/c he pays them off plus takes from owners for his personal use. Now he has a friend who is doing the same. Jomar only follows his selective violation blacklisting and it is obvious when you see how their landscaping looks compared to the blacklisted people. We have children who cannot have Christmas wreaths showing and no pumpkins at the door. We moved into a military control freak HOA and jomar does NOTHING! The don't even take calls. How many times can a new pool heater honestly break in the 2 years we have been here? Lies!
