Beware of Fannie Mae REO properties Buried Hazardous debris on site!

Any buyers beware that Fannie Mae and Safeguard properties turns a blind eye in regards to hazardous materials left on site at REO properties. Do the math most forclosed homes are left with numerous cans of paint old tires old batteries used motor oil or anything else hazardous thats hard to dispose of. Often the former owners are not leaving on the best of terms. These hazards are just left behind almost 100% of the time. So was does Safeguard properties and Fannie Mae do? The right thing and come up with a responsible environmental process to make sure the vendors in charge of cleaning these places handle these hazards properly and not damage the envirnoment no! They in fact removed pricing allowables the vendors are allowed to charge to dispose of these hazards properly. What in turn does the vendor do left with no way to get rid of these hazards? The answer anything they can, bury it on site, hide it in garbage cans, illegally dump it in dumpsters, and so on and so on. The notion that Safeguard properties cares about the "housing crisis" as they call it is B. S! If they did they would not turn a blind eye to this. It is a major issue and an untold amount of environmental damage has been done. So any buyer looking at a Fannie mae or any foreclosure property beware and ask for disclosure as to what happend to the old paint and hazards that were on site prior to that home being on the market. I have photo documentation and invoice doucmentation showing how big this issue is, its not an isolated incident. REO contractors beware the blame will be placed on you as this issue takes national spotlight refuse to remove hazards for free any more. Safeguard covers this shady poilcy by placing all responsiblity on you. They have legal issues now regarding this very issue aand have placed blame squarely on the contractor! Dont let this be you! Either as a buyer of one of these properties or as a vendor cleaning the mess up!
