I had been within the Pacific Mall in Markham in a shop considering DVDs. A guy dressed up in trousers and tee shirt arrived to the shop. It later ended up the guy dressed up in plainclothes was Constable Ricky Ho of the York Regional Authorities. Used to donot notice him tell the storeowner he was under charge but I did notice him note anything about illegal DVDs. I had been taking a look at DVDs and never watching what else was happening within the shop.

I noticed the person note the clients must leave and that I noticed another two clients abandon. Then he believed to me that I had been not being arrested. I place the DVD I had been taking a look at back and requested for id. Bob Ho was excessively rude, irritating and unprofessional in his reaction when requested to create recognition. Bob Ho wasn't carrying a neck area or any instantly noticeable authorities markings.in reaction to my request id, he directed in a pressure logo on his gear but would not I'd like to feel it. Bob Ho didn't create established retail picture identification. I then said I'm making. He explained - no - you are not departing - I'd like you to create recognition. I stated why do I've to provide you with I.D.?

I kept saying - no I'm making today. When I began to abandon he blocked my route. I attempted to drive past him and he avoided me from heading. He explained to obtain along on the ground and place my fingers behind my back.

When I was considering how to proceed next he pepper sprayed me. I had been surprised by this and was trying to clean the pepper spray out-of my eyes. I subsequently went at him and got at him to get rid of him in the entrance.
