My son came home from his tour in Iraq in 2010. He purchased a beautiful new home in El Paso, Texas.
A Purity Bay LLC salesman came to the house. I asked for his business card and promptly went upstairs to search consumer complaints while he was making his pitch downstairs to my son. Not finding any reports made on Purity Bay LLC, I advised him to purchase the unit. Yesterday, 24 April he received a letter in the mail advising of a pending Class Action Suit. It makes me sick to think our soldiers are the market target for Purity Bay LLC.
