Paid, passport never received, missed trip

Delivered my passport WEEKS ahead of time before my journey for additional credit websites. Since I reside offshore, they stated they'd deliver the refined passport to my mom's tackle 8my emergency contact). But, the passport NEVER came. I named often within the span of per month up to 1 week before my journey day. I noticed every justification within the guide: "our bodies is along. We can not examine the standing of one's software." "we can not examine programs which have international details." "Provide us your mom's tackle again and we will forward the info." I'd provided them my mom's tackle 3 times previously. After I pleaded together and informed them I had been because of leave-in just a couple times, they essentially scoffed that there is "nothing they might do" which it had been OUR problem for "having a foreign target." The website is terrible; it claims they reply all emails within twenty four hours, and never among my several emails was solved. These were effective enough to cash my check and obtain my cash, though! I'd to visit my nearby Embassy and obtain a crisis passport to get a couple hundred bucks. DON'T TRUST this company together with your passport!!!
