Nathalie R. Asher Homophobic, Deplorable Government Employee, her actions have caused many to suffer for years

Ms. Nathalie r. ASHER is a field officer for the United States Federal Government. Her actions have caused my family, friends and relatives the most immense anguish and pain that can ever be placed upon a tax paying citizen. Ms. Ashers stroke of a pen holds the destiny or destruction of many peoples lives on a daily basis, but primarily those who are MARRIED, COMMITED, Same sex spouses. Because the Federal Government discrimates against same sex married couples, using their incredibly ridiculous terminology "DOMA" which CLEARLY is UNCONSTITUTIONAL based on the FACT that the United States Government constitution says EVERY MAN IS EQUAL, it allows homophobic and immigrant haters like NATHALIE R. ASHER to tear their lives to threads.

We are glad she can sleep at night. Because what she may not realize is that actions like hers have caused people death, yes plain people, not criminals, not convicts, just people who work and have families and pay their taxes. Ms nathalie r. ASHER had the power in her pen to stop the deportation of a reputable young man who was legally married to his US CITIZEN partner for over 10 years, but because the Feds discriminates against same sex couples, the US partner was not able to sponsor or petition for his spouse 10 years ago like ANY OTHER STRAIGHT COUPLE CAN DO and do do EVERYDAY.

No instead they were forced to live under the "anti-gay" radar and they lived out their marriage hoping that some day the government would finally treat every man as EQUAL as it so says in its constitution! They both worked hard, had a little home, were both artists and IT professionals, and they BOTH PAID THEIR TAXES. The US citizen and the foreign citizen. Until one day on the US citizens birthday someone reported "their same sex marriage to ICE" and ice came after them. Long story short, they went from being well loved, PRODUCTIVE members of their community to being ripped to shreds by the pure action of MS NATHALIE R. ASHER,

After a 2 year battle pleading and begging her office to treat them as EQUAL, MS. Nathalie r. ASHER took it upon herself to deny them "DEFERRED ACTION" which was the only "relief" granted under the US Governments discriminatory law. She had the power to see the truth and grant it but she didn't, even though the foreign partner required regular medical assistant for a serious health condition. She was as they say "ICE" ice cold and emotionless. Eventually they told the partner if he did not leave the US he would be considered a "Fugitive in the run" what? A normal young man, married, no criminal record and his only crime is getting married 10 years ago? So they were both FORCED out of the "UNITED STATES" in order to continue their marriage and be with each other.

The US CITIZEN was forced out of the US in order to continue his marriage with his spouse??? Yes, because they barred his spouse for 20 years for being GAY AND MARRIED TO ANOTHER MAN!!! Their families fell apart, their home was lost, their pets were gone, their friends, their lives, all their savings whilst hoping from country to country trying to find EXILE. This is what the direct ACTIONS OF MS. Nathalie r. ASHER caused and causes every day in the lovely FREE America, yes it creates "GAY REFUGEES FROM AMERICA", how crazy is that? All in the name of DOMA. Ms. Nathalie r. ASHER you will be held accountable for your disgusting ignorance and the people you have destroyed. You will be held responsible, that is for sure, the days are numbered before you will have to face the consequences of your ignorance, and your hatred and your ego and own up to the lives you have destroyed.
