Did you know that the proper procedures have not been done accurately in order to have someone pay their support. I have been in a custody dispute of divorce with this county court house for years. I can say this when this county does not follow proper procedures in obtaining their funds, we have a problem. But as one must now know, the judge retired and the past child support attorney has now been fired as of Oct. 2010. Obviously, there was a problem. It's such a shame Cayuga doesn't follow the recommended rules.
