Leap Wireless Communication - Didn't care, hung up in my face, refused to take payment until I jumped through their hoops

I have been a client of Cricket from 2000 had the service in KS for some years then moved to TX in late 2002 early 2003. Explained to Cricket then I had to move to another state they are not there will not be using their service any longer. Low and behold late 2003 early 2004 cricket moved to Houston TX or around that time, I have been with them from the day I found out they came to town, only for that short time I had not, today it is 2011 getting ready for 2012 lenght. This is the history between my self and Cricket so I feel my complaint is justified. I mean cricket has some great things with its phones muve music ect, but some the majority of the poeple that work for them and that crazy prompt machine is causing havoc for Cricket they need better business behvior, their bad business behavior causes emotional distress to their clients.
