On September 29; I was awarded full custody of my sons by the Family Court Judge here in Delaware and base on what my sons told the Judge he concluded that this self-proclaim pastor had too much influence over my sons mother.

Since Alvin Walker of Faith Victory Christian Center came into my ex-wife life she has lost everything including her mind; in addition this self-proclaim pastor refuse to appear in front of the Superior Court of the State of Delaware; not once but twice and he refuse to answer my complaint against him.

Alvin Walker received a personal letter from the Superior Court Judge who stated to him that even he could not understand why he would not appear in front of him; Next Bill Winston Ministry no longer wants to have anything to do with this cult; they are making this cult leader remove their name from his website where they have imposed pictures from another website.

For a mother to lose her children is a very painful thing; and for you to not even show up for support on her behalf after she threw everything away for you and your cult shows just how much of an impostor and a fake you are; you are a monster and God will punch you for your despicable crimes.

Please explain to everyone how you could disrespect me as head of my family and not answer the letter that I sent out to you; please tell me what I did to you to make you break up my family and a relationship for 29 years.

Piaintiff request the court to do its own accounting for financial losses.

In addition add the following charges to this complaint.

1. Theft by deception (of the money my wife gave to Mr. Walker I ASKED PUBLICLY for him to return - and he DID NOT)

2. Misuse of his office (as an 'unordain minister')

3 FRAUD - he's not ordained nor received any degrees from any Theological Seminary.

4. Misrepresentation and misconduct in a position of authority... Church...

5. Misuse of the legal Process, brainwash my wife into filing several false charges against me.

6.interference with your person: The action is essentially mental rather than physical; the touching of the mind, not of the body.

7.interference with my peace of mind, emotional anguish suffered as a result of his lies.

8.interference with my reputation L (Libeled) defamation is in writing and have been seen by others. (i. E) two Protection orders of a burse chargers, two counts of Child a burse charges, Mental a burse charges file doing the divorce.

9.interference with contractual and business relationship: Alvin Walker and Faith Victory Christian Center persuades my wife to leave me because I would not join their church.
