Yelp.com
Nine positive reviews filtered while only negative review is showcased

Yelp filtered 9 positive reviews of my business, making it impossible for consumers to gain an accurate assessment of my business, A Word's Worth Resume Writing and Career Coaching Service, serving clients since 1989. Yelp is showcasing the only negative review A Word's Worth has ever received, which was sparked by an incident that was resolved by the Better Business Bureau in my favor, allowing me to sustain my A rating. Yelp is demonstrating unfair and unethical business practices by filtering my positive reviews, all written by clients who have used my service in good faith.
