Nicor Gas Company (Joliet, Illinois)
Ficticious Billing

If you live in Joliet, Illinois, and use Nicor Gas Company, beware, of how they ficticiously bill people. They also do nothing to try and help the situation, even though they have admitted to me they they were wrong, they continue to hold their ground as if they were right, and that I was the one that is wrong. I am not stupid. This company along with direct tv should not be used. Their customer service is the most ignorant customer service I have ever encountered, and I am ending up having to sue them in court, just because they are such idiots. I have always paid my bill, and youd think youd get a sympathetic ear, not with this company. I dont know how they can sleep at night. I dont have a gas bill in the summer months, because everything I have in my house is electric, except for the furnace. But they seem to think that they can ficticiously bill me for $539.00 for services that I haVE NEVER USED. They dont know just who they are messing with this time. If you live in the Joliet, Illinois Area, DO NOT USE THEM!!!
