Liliana Trafficante
I too was ripped off long ago!

I was looking up some information from a former employer called Liliana Trafficante with Dreams on the Move. What did I find a Rip of Report on how Liliana defrauded several employees as well as investors on a water park. I laughed when I saw the scam report and said to myself "Self is this all the have her down for?" Liliana Trafficante also had a non profit organization called Dreams on the Move. She named me a "Group Facilitator". At the time I was young straight out of high high school and did not know what the position entailed but she claimed that she would train me as well as another young man the process on non profit organizations work and what it entailed. For months I came to work at her home as well as a center located in lower manhattan but no groups to facilitate, very little office work and no pay check. I told Ms Trafficante I could no longer work for her without a pay check but she insisted non profits checks run through escrow and money takes time to process under several umbrella companies before it could every be released. She said she would pay me from her own pocket and provide Metrocards for travel of coarse that never happened. Also the check she gave me to pay me bounced. She later promised that she will have a check for $5000 for my time spent and apologized for the inconvenience. After my parents got involved and threats were made to alert the authorities Liliana Trafficante met me at a diner and gave me a check for $5000 and told me not to cash it before a certain date. Later on that week Liliana Trafficante called me to say that there was no money in the bank and to do what ever it is I needed to do at this point she did not care. I still have the check til this day as a reminder. You can't trust everyone looking for a job even if they are coming from the Department of Labor because it was through them that Lilana Trafficante hired me. I am still waiting for me $5000 but we know with people like her that will never happen.
