Berks County Probation Department Refuse to do their jobs, giving favors to people who are politically connected

It is bad enough that Jennifer Guistwite rear ended an individual while high and intoxicated causing head and neck injuries to the victim while fleeing the scene of the accident, driving without car insurance, driving with a suspended registration in Pennsylvania because she intentionally canceled her car insurance, and tried to get out of the hit and run accident by lying to police that her car was stolen.

What is worse is that she only received 1 year of probation and a 6 month suspension of her driver's license for inflicting the injuries upon this person. For lying to police she received ARD. She got these favors because of political connections with Berks County Pre-Trial Services. These political connections stem from her father's influence as a coach for Schuylkill Valley High School's football team for which he is highly regarded in the community as well as the fact that his current girlfriend is the director of Berks County Pre-Trial Services.
