Stolen Money Treated Me Poorly and Used Me For Money

I was in DCFS in Illinois for 10 years as a foster kid and in group homes. I have watched the staff in grouphomes taking money from kids and using it on themselves.

The Department of Children and Family Services insisted on placing me back with my brother after abuse and was not listening to me but what they wanted, they also use kids as money like buying them from a pet store for every kid they have in the system its more money for them in the funds they recieve from government.

I have not recieved any money Iam entitled to after my parents death at 8 or 9 when questioning this found out DCFS had used it when I was suposed to recieve that at 18 years of age.

I was also abused in foster homes and wish that no kid and up there if a family really cares I feel they would adopt without recieving funds. It upsets me that people read the newspapers and hear about reports of kids dieing or commiting sucide in these homes and still people believe this is a good agency to report when kids are being abused and they do it themselves.

Please people wake up yes theres kids being abused even in state there should be a better solution than this its sad that people dont realize this if they lost a kid while in the system they would think twice. I hope to write a book someday, I was also being held hostage past 18 years old and had to fight to leave the system hmmm maybe it was because of the money they were afraid to lose. They claim these kids have problems but its lack of love thats missing its just another game to hold these kids longer and its sickening like I always say what comes around goes around.
