They dont seem to know what they are talking about

I'd received a notice stating that I had been overpaid on social security benefits. After I called in to the social protection office I had been informed I really could document a waiver, nonetheless they had no report of the overpayment. And so I submitted the waiver software and waited on the computers to exhibit the overpayment. Heres the issue, there computers never did. Based on them I had been not overpaid, nor owe anything. Nevertheless I received characters in the People Treasury, Division of Business Collection Agencies. After I named them back they explained I had been overpaid. After about 8 weeks I received a separate statement challenging around $70 within seven days. After I named and was not able to get thru to some live person I quit a note and required a call-back. After two more demands for call-backs with no calls back I called in to the social security office again. They again explained there is no overpayment on my consideration and that I didn't owe them anything. I had been adviced to carry on spending about the one since I have have been bullied into signing a reimbursement contract scedule and was informed to disregard the additional statement and never actually call-in about this again since I have had required numerous call-backs with no one actually worried to really contact me back. I had been informed the social protection office would consider it since it seemed down. No body has actually named me back again to this very day about the next statement I had been recieving and think it or not I've yet to receive a follow-up statement onto it. Nevertheless Im still recieving expenses for that unique one I decided to settle. Im signing this below since I don't understand what to complete about this with no one seemingly have solutions.
