INS & post Office Lost my Original US Citizen July

I complains ecery where not one give possitive responses and top of make me run arround & make me pay $300 to $400 (why i have to pay w/o my foult and still I am getting duplicate US citizen document)

Still Post Office lossing my And my tenents IMPortant Documents and still no one do any action again them.
